payment should be upfront / 50% down payment before we pilot. the remaining half should be sent before we end the service. fees should be covered by the client and refunds/cancellations are not allowed.
(4) service pricing and discounts
prices are negotiable & may change based on progress. discounts may apply for new and returning clients, server boosters, and more.
(5) account safety measures
unlink our devices after the service. your account details are for our eyes only, you may send your info via pilot's dms.
(6) no hacked or re-roll accounts
we strictly don't accept accounts that have used hacks for endgame modes or exploration, this is for our safety as well.
(7) payment methods & fees

⤷ rush fee : 10%-50% | force refund fee : 70%
not following our terms will lead to getting blacklisted.
(1) it's recommended to send your hoyolab username to your pilot instead of giving out your email. they could change your account details if you give them your email. as for giveaway hosts, they could refund everything, that's why codashop or sending money thru e-wallets is way safer.
(2) should i bind my account via hoyoverse?
YES, yes you should. check yours at hoyoverse.comby binding your account to hoyoverse, the following can be used to log-in;
- username
- email address
- mobile number (can be used to verify a device)you should reinforce the email linked to avoid any risks. never let anyone log in to your account that tries to offer TOP UP by asking for your account details.
(3) how do i remove an unknown device?
go to hoyolab > my information > information management > account settings > password & security > trusted devicesalways remove unknown devices / after your pilot logs out.
(4) how do i know if my pilot's trying to steal my account?
this is the crucial part, always read your confirmation email before giving the code to your pilot. there are two kinds of confirmation emails that you may receive.look at the differences on the photo below.

(5) what do i do if i received a confirmation email like the second photo?
change your account details immediately, change your email & password. always double check your email and be careful who you trust, stay safe.
(6) why did i receive an email of someone saving my account information on their device?
this new feature from hoyoverse is to save multiple accounts without having to put username and password every log-in. when this is done, you may receive an email like the second photo! do not be alarmed if you receive one ONLY if someone's piloting your account.if you were to change the password, your pilot wouldn't be able to access it & will ask for the code again.
